ABSTRACT
PURPOSE:
Female sexuality in the context of health conditions is often overlooked in healthcare and higher education, frequently treated in a reductive and biological manner. Women with functional impairments, gynaecological cancers, or pregnancy-related conditions face stigma, invisibility, or superficial care, even from nurses, midwives, and educators. The EdSeX4all project, submitted for Erasmus+ funding, addresses these gaps through an inclusive sexuality education model. It promotes multilingual digital resources, practical workshops, and community interventions to empower women and support open, respectful discussions about sexuality. The project aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 3, 4, 5, and 10), contributing to quality education and healthcare, gender equality, and reduced disparities, fostering more humanised, person-centred care. Led by the Santarém Higher School of Health (Portugal), partners include the University of Évora (Portugal), University of Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), University of West Attica (Greece), and the San Cebrián Foundation (Spain). Aims: To enhance sexual competence among educators, nursing and midwifery students, and health professionals; to promote gender equality; and to empower women with specific health conditions to experience sexuality with dignity. Methods: The project comprises four components: qualitative and quantitative research; educational modules; workshops for professionals and communities; and a multilingual digital guide, using participatory methods, interviews, hybrid formats, and gamification.

DISCUSSION:
A holistic approach to sexuality education supports inclusive healthcare and higher education’s transformative role. Ethics: Ethical standards observed; informed consent and anonymity ensured. No conflicts of interest declared.

EVIDENCE WHERE RELEVANT:
Studies show gaps in sexuality education and stigma in care for women with health conditions, supporting project relevance.

KEY MESSAGE:
The EdSeX4all project addresses the neglect of female sexuality in healthcare and education, especially for women with health conditions. It promotes inclusive, multilingual sexuality education through research, training, and community engagement. By empowering women and training professionals, it supports gender equality and person-centred care, aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals. Poster session 3 (Group B)
