European Journal of Midwifery is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

Article Processing Charges
In the Open Access model, publication costs are usually covered by the author’s institution or research funds. These Open Access charges replace subscription charges and allow the publishers to make the published material freely available to all interested online readers. The European Journal of Midwifery does not have open access charges - we love OPEN Science!
