THE PROCESS/ACTIVITIES:
This workshop, led by board members of the Midwives Association of Türkiye, aims to empower midwives by demonstrating practical methods for translating crises into practice. Designed for up to 45 participants, this session will focus on two active components: (1) Strengthening Mothers and Midwives in Crises, (2) Strengthening Midwifery Trainings in Crises. Participants will engage in small-group activities of translating crises into practice and training standards. Using evidence-based and real practice scenarios on Practice, Training, and Policy, facilitators will guide attendees through hands-on practice, including role-play.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION:
The workshop format will use round tables to enable collaborative practice. A template toolkit will be used for documentation and follow-up by participants in their own professional contexts. No technical equipment is required, but printed workshop kits and flip charts will be supplied by the facilitators.
